The pressing need for improvements in work safety in assembly jobs and vital product reliability, versatility and innovation have found an answer in the work of blast reconstruction in the working platform designed and manufactured by NATEC. Suspended, motorized and of variable size and level, it is also equipped with backup safety systems and control systems for use, excess-weight controls and fall-prevention safety systems that suppose a considerable advance in the design of working platforms.

The work encompassed the design, simulation of working conditions, complete engineering of the equipment, to the drawing up of the technical compliance report with respect to the UNE-EN 1808 Standard "Cranes, Safety, Removable Load Lifting Equipment" and Machinery Directive DC 98/37/CE. Design calculations, stability criteria, construction. Testing" and Machinery Directive DC 98/37/CE.

Resolving all the design and manufacturing requirements in a minimum deadline and overcoming the on-site working conditions with uninterrupted, safe functioning supposed a successfully overcome challenge and unique know-how that has led us to project our capacity to the European steel industry with new technological challenges presently in the pipeline.
